When they approached us for a complete redesign of their digital presence, the challenge was clear: create a user-friendly, modern website that reflects the breadth of their services while simplifying engagement for both clients and participants.

This project was an opportunity to demonstrate our full range of digital media capabilities — from sleek, functional web design to compelling photography and targeted email marketing. With tools like Elementor and Crocoblock, we transformed their outdated site into a responsive, scalable, and intuitive platform that not only looks professional but also works smarter.

Understanding the Client’s Needs

WAC Research needed a digital refresh. Their existing website lacked visual appeal, was difficult to navigate, and didn’t fully capture the scope of services they offer — from recruiting and field management to running focus groups in two of the nation’s top-rated facilities. They wanted to streamline how clients and research participants interacted with their platform and create a stronger digital presence that reflects their authority in the field.

After an in-depth discovery session, we identified four key objectives for this project:

  1. Modernize the website design with a clean, professional interface.

  2. Enhance the user profile system to better serve both clients and participants.

  3. Showcase WAC’s physical locations and capabilities with custom photography.

  4. Develop an email campaign infrastructure to engage audiences and support marketing efforts.

Web Design & Development


Using Elementor in conjunction with Crocoblock, we rebuilt the website from the ground up. Elementor allowed us to create a visually compelling and highly customizable layout that aligned with WAC’s branding, while Crocoblock’s advanced dynamic features helped us take the user experience to the next level.

A few highlights of the new design include:

  • Enhanced navigation with intuitive, streamlined menus

  • Service-specific landing pages that break down Qualitative, Quantitative, and Data Collection services in a digestible format

  • Dynamic user profiles for both researchers and respondents, built using Crocoblock’s JetEngine plugin, making registration, participation, and follow-up communication more efficient

  • Mobile-first responsiveness to ensure accessibility across all devices

  • Performance optimization for faster loading and better search engine visibility

With Elementor’s flexibility and Crocoblock’s backend power, we were able to develop a modular system that allows WAC Research’s team to easily update and scale the site as needed — no coding required.

User Profiles and Interaction

One of the most critical features we implemented was a revamped user profile system, tailored for two key user types: clients looking to initiate research projects and respondents interested in participating in studies.

Each user journey was carefully mapped out to reduce friction and support conversion:

  • Clients can now easily submit project briefs and request quotes through streamlined forms.

  • Respondents have access to a dynamic dashboard that allows them to register, update personal data, and view upcoming research opportunities.

This not only improves the user experience but also reduces administrative overhead for the WAC team by automating and segmenting data collection.

Email Marketing with SendGrid

As part of the rollout strategy, we also implemented a targeted email marketing system using SendGrid. This allowed us to design and execute segmented campaigns for both B2B outreach and participant engagement.

We set up:

  • Automated onboarding sequences for new respondents

  • Campaign templates that WAC’s team can reuse for announcements and promotions

  • List segmentation based on location and research interests

  • Analytics tracking to monitor open rates, click-throughs, and campaign performance
